About Nictavia

Built in Warsaw, for people lying in dim rooms with a laptop that is not new and a voice that is still there.

Eye-gaze systems cost thousands and need bright, still conditions. Letter boards need a patient partner. A webcam and a blink are almost always available. Nictavia's job is to make that enough — reliably, every hour of the day, for someone who cannot tell you when it breaks.

Every decision in the software is measured against one person: lying in a dim room, on a five-year-old laptop, with a drooping eyelid, unable to call for help. If it works for them, it is done.

Who
